Term and Conditions
Free embroidery setup and 4-5 day shipping for all designs created in our design studio. Uploaded custom embroidered designs require a setup fee and could take longer to design and approve. Our hours of operation are Mon – Fri 10:00AM to 5:00PM CST.
Our goal is to produce high quality apparel that looks like the design you created on our web site at the best possible price. If the apparel we ship to you is flawed, or if the decoration is materially different from what you created in the design studio, we will replace the affected merchandise. We ask that you notify Unique Embroidery before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled accurately.
Special Note For Uploaded/Digitized Designs:
When you upload an embroidery design to us, we will charge a non-refundable one time fee to pay for digitizing. If you cancel the order and we have digitized your logo you are still responsible for the $65.00 setup fee. Once we have digitized your logo, we keep it on file so future orders will not require a setup fee.
Shipping:
Most orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days. The shipping time is applied after an order has been processed. For example selecting Next Day Air does not mean that an order will be received on the following day of placing the order, but on the following day of the order’s completion. Restocking Fee:
Our standard processing time is the fastest in the industry. In order to provide this level of service we need to source apparel from warehouses across the country at the time your order is placed. We can usually accommodate changes, provided that you let us know within 12 hours of placing the order. Failure to do so may result in a restocking fee of up to 15% (apparel only, not decoration fees). We will make every attempt to utilize restocked apparel on other orders, however if we send apparel back to the warehouse for restocking, you will be responsible for any restocking fees.
Copyrighted Materials:
Unique Embroidery is committed to the legal use of copyrighted materials of others. All of the artwork/designs you see on our web site are either owned or licensed by Corporate Casuals and may not be reproduced in any manner.
Unique Embroidery has the sole discretion to reject any order containing material that we consider to be libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane, portraying irresponsible use of alcohol or other substances, advocating persecution based on gender, age, race, disability or national origin, containing explicit sexual content or is otherwise inappropriate.
You agree to not use our web site to create any material that is unlawful or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on the copyright of a third party.
Blank Samples
We can provide blank samples of most items so you can inspect the fit and quality prior to decoration. Contact customer service at (936)-827-7278 and speak to a customer care specialist to request samples. A credit card is required secure all sample orders. You will not be charged if the samples are returned in resellable condition. * Sample must be returned in 10 business days from the date received. Sample returns are at the cost of the customer.
